Aporia’s goal is for our clients to have peace of mind knowing that their systems are safe, confidence that they are prepared for regulatory compliance, there are no surprises with the systems and the processes will in fact look good to the examiners.
Our approach is to listen to our clients and understand their specific situation and needs, make appropriate recommendations, set up performance measurements, provide the appropriate services, stay focused, keep our clients informed, document and complete the project.
We approach every project using a managment style known as P O E M S –
• Plan - In the planning phase we create a mental picture of the desired results, assess our strengths and weaknesses as pertains to the project requirements, delineate the target audience and create a marketing plan and budget
• Organize - Establish the roles of all parties (who, what, when, how, why), workflow, detailed job description and expectations for the outcome.
• Execute - Provide leadership, motivate client team members as well as our own team members, coordinate and facilitate decision making.
• Measure - Set standards to gauge improvement and measure success.
• Study - Research and learn about the targeted market place, technology directions and best business practices
